Applicant shall follow the terms and conditions mandated by MCB in accord with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
လျှောက်ထားသူသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ဥပဒေနှင့်အညီပြဌာန်းထားသော မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားများဘဏ်၏ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာပါမည်။
Applicant shall inform the bank when the changes are made to the contract address and phone number.
လျှောက်ထားသူသည် ဆက်သွယ်ရန်လိပ်စာ၊ ဖုန်းနံပတ်များပြောင်းလဲပါက ဘဏ်သို့ ဆက်သွယ်အကြောင်းကြားပါမည်။
Applicant is introduced by two account holders having their accounts opened at MCB.
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားများဘဏ်တွင် စာရင်းဖွင့်လှစ်ထားသော စာရင်းရှင်နှစ်ဦးမှ မိတ်ဆက်ပေးခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
He/she can be transferred to any other individual with Benefit Transfer Letter.
အခြားသူတစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်အားအကျိုးခံစားခွင့်လွဲအပ်စာ လွဲအပ်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
Closing account shall be made in person by visiting the bank.
စာရင်းပိတ်သိမ်းပါက လူကိုယ်တိုင်လာရောက်ပါမည်။
Opening and operating this bank account shall be in line with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
ဤစာရင်းဖွင့်လစ်ခြင်း၊ လည်ပတ်ခြင်းများသည် ပြည်ထောင်စု သမ္မတ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏ ဥပ‌ဒေများနှင့် အညီဖြစ်ရမည်။
The applicant authorizes Myanmar Citizens Bank to conduct one’s credit history verification with MMCB or any other credit rating agency. The applicant also hereby authorizes Myanmar Citizens Bank to retrieve one’s credit information report which help of accredited rating agencies, and share the same with the applicant directly as per the bank’s internal policy.

The applicant wishes to avail all banking facilities/products from Myanmar Citizens Bank and other products/services that are offered by Myanmar Citizens Bank in its capacity as an intermediary, and I have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions displayed on the website www.mcb.com.mm. The applicant is fully aware that the bank sends SMS alerts on all account/card related transactions promptly to my mobile number that the applicant has registered with MCB at the time of account opening and/or updated by the applicant-self subsequently and any failure to update contact information promptly with the bank may result to the applicant not getting notified promptly and I will not hold the bank liable for any financial loss in case of misuse of cards or mobile and internet banking.
